FAQs Shipping and Return Policy

All custom VAF Apparel is custom made to order and is decorated and shipped from California. You will receive an Order Confirmation upon purchase and a Shipping notification with Tracking once your custom order is shipped.

Currently we are only shipping to USA.

We provide free ground shipping on all orders over $150.

Ground shipping (2-8 Business Days) is $20 per order.

Express shipping (3 Business Days) is $30 per order.

Priority shipping (1 Business Day) is $50 per order.

Each product is made to order, so please allow at least 10 business days for processing and shipping. Some items may have longer lead times, which will be specified in the product description.

Returns and Exchanges

OUR ONLINE STORE IS MANAGED BY FULL TURN CUSTOM APPAREL. FULL TURN WILL BE THE VENDOR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD RECEIPT.

All our products feature our V-Sabre logo and are custom made to order. If you have any questions about sizing or other product details, please reach out to our customer service team at Orders@fullturndirect.com.

We offer free exchanges and returns for online shop credit only. Please ensure the following for a return:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new and unused.
  • We do not accept returns for logo or logo placement changes.

Because our product inventory changes frequently, we cannot guarantee that an exchanged item will be available in the desired size.

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us: Email customer service within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return/exchange.
  2. Return shipping: Once processed, we will send you a prepaid return label. A $20.00 charge will be deducted from your store credit/refund to cover return shipping.

Exceptions: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged upon arrival):

  • Special Event Redemptions
  • Personalized items
  • Changes to logo or logo placement
  • Final sale items

All returns or refunds will be processed through the online store and not though a physical shop.
